Following several years of successful growth and expansion, Bolton & Company has announced that Avery Armani, MBA, has joined the firm as Director of Finance.
Avery will head the financial forecasting and modeling activities for Bolton, one of the nation’s largest privately owned insurance brokers, to help the company’s executive team ensure the organization’s continued success.
He will also manage the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401(k) program, including its stock portfolio, and assist leadership in executing both short-term and long-term strategic goals.
The development follows six years of steady business growth for Bolton, with the firm nearly doubling in size in that time. Today, Bolton has approximately 200 insurance professionals on staff across several locations in California and is nearing $50 million in annual revenue and $600 million in annual premiums.
For Bolton President and CEO Steve Brockmeyer, Avery’s experience and expertise in finance and accounting will help strategically guide the organization toward its next phase.

Avery joins Bolton with close to a decade of insurance industry experience. He holds a triple-major Master’s of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, he holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
