Howard Schultz marks Starbucks leadership transition with a 'special act' for Kevin Johnson (Photos)

Schultz gave Johnson something he has been carrying in his pocket for the last 35 years to honor the changing of the guard at Starbucks. Johnson will take over as CEO on April 3.
