Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. ("Carrols") (Nasdaq: TAST) announced that on November 30, 2016, the Company completed the acquisition of 7 BURGER KING® restaurants located north of Columbus, Ohio.

Carrols is the largest BURGER KING® franchisee in the United States and has operated BURGER KING® restaurants since 1976. The Company has purchased 56 restaurants to date in 2016 and currently operates a total of 762 BURGER KING® restaurants in 16 states, including 93 restaurants in the state of Ohio.
