MACOM to Webcast Town Hall Meeting on November 30

MACOM‘s President and CEO, John Croteau, together with AppliedMicro’s President and CEO, Dr. Paramesh Gopi, as well as several other MACOM executives are scheduled to host Town Hall Meetings from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Boston Harbor Hotel in Boston on November 30, at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York on December 1, and at the InterContinental Hotel in San Francisco on December 2. The purpose of these events is to discuss MACOM’s proposed acquisition of AppliedMicro and provide an in-depth look at MACOM’s expanding market position in Cloud Data Center and Enterprise Networking, including how the addition of AppliedMicro’s Connectivity portfolio further enhances MACOM’s opportunity.
