Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. ("Carrols") (Nasdaq:TAST) announced that on October 4, 2016 it completed the acquisition of three BURGER KING® restaurants located in the Raleigh, North Carolina market.

Carrols is the largest BURGER KING® franchisee in the United States and has operated BURGER KING® restaurants since 1976. The Company has purchased 32 restaurants to date in 2016 and currently operates a total of 737 BURGER KING® restaurants in 16 states, including 161 restaurants in North Carolina.
