In trading on Thursday, non-precious metals & non-metallic mining shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 3.1%. Leading the group were shares of Companhia Siderrgica Nacional (SID), up about 8.3% and shares of Century Aluminum Company (CENX) up about 8.2% on the day.
