Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. Completes the Acquisition of Six Burger King® Restaurants in Michigan

Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. ("Carrols") (Nasdaq:TAST) announced that on May 24, 2016 it completed the acquisition of six BURGER KING® restaurants in the Detroit metropolitan area.

Carrols also announced today that Paul Flanders, Chief Financial Officer, will be participating in a fireside chat discussion at the Stephens 2016 Spring Investment Conference at The Lotte New York Palace Hotel.
