The board of directors of Managed High Yield Plus Fund Inc. (NYSE:HYF) (the “Fund”) has set Friday, February 19, 2016, as the record date for determination of the shareholders entitled to vote at the Fund's Special Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on Thursday, April 21, 2016. The matter to be considered at the special meeting is a proposal to liquidate the Fund.
