Messaging App ringID Gives Users Complete Control

By: PRLog
ringID has updated itself to better serve user needs. Focusing on privacy, the new update lets users fully control permission settings for their friends using separate access controls for Call, Chat, and Newsfeed.
MONTREAL, Quebec - Nov. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- ringID (http://www.ringid.com/) has just recently released new versions of the app for Android, iPhone, and Windows. Major updates include much anticipated complete profile access controls, as well as a streamlined profile page.

Users can now fully control the permission settings for their friends using separate access controls for Call, Chat, and Newsfeed. Users can modify these separate accesses for individual friends or set a default permission which will add all future friends as such. This gives the user complete control of their privacy by setting permission settings that control which individual contacts can see their newsfeed, and whether their contacts can interact with them via messaging, calling, or not at all.

Released in mid-2015, ringID is a multi-featured social platform offering all of the most useful communication features, bundled into one app. The message retrieval in ringID gives the users more freedom as they are able to send a private message anytime within their existing conversation without the need to switch tabs and disrupt their conversation. The message retrieval feature is highly secure and allows for detailed personalization.

ringID is designed to replace the many singular apps which consume a large portion of mobile storage. One of the core focuses during development was the capability of ringID to perform at the lowest data consumption rate of around 10kbps. This is approximately 80% less than that of the standard usage of apps in the marketplace today.

The new version is compatible with iOS 7 and later, as well as Android and Windows. To get your own ringID, visit the website and install the app!

About ringID

The founders of ringID, Ayrin Islam and Sharif Islam, were using numerous apps to stay in touch with family and friends, since everyone had their own specific app preference. Rather than relying on dozens of different apps to communicate with their friends and loved ones, they wanted an app that was a bit more unified. They took the responsibility upon themselves of creating an all in one app called ringID. Using ringID gives users the opportunity to use an app that has all the features needed to keep in touch with people.
