"The Phlebo Cuff": Used to Identify a Suitable Vein in a Patient's Forearm

If  you hate going to the doctor,  hospital,  laboratory or other medical facility when the staff will must draw blood for lab work then perhaps this new device will change your mind.  The Phlebo Cuff is an enhancement to the traditional rubber tube tourniquet used to identify a suitable vein in a patient’s forearm. The design is such that it enhances the effectiveness of finding a suitable vein while eliminating bruising and avoiding hemoconcentration and haemolysis which can cause changes in some test results when a tourniquet is improperly applied.
