This award is one of several awards intended to recognize the contributions of the CCIAOR members within the real estate industry.
An innovative not-for-profit professional trade association, the CCIAOR has over 2,300 members throughout the Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha’s Vineyard area. Their goal is to offer its members the means and support needed to serve their clients both professionally and ethically. The activities of the CCIAOR range from offering valuable benefits to its members to supplying professional development courses, workshops, and other forms of continuing education, as well as advocating legislative changes on behalf of realtors and property rights. The group is affiliated with the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® in Waltham, MA, as well as the National Association of REALTORS® in Chicago, IL.
Their affiliate membership is available for those businesses or individuals associated with a company, firm, or corporation that is either related to or else have an interest in the real estate industry, but are not actively buying, selling, appraising, renting, leasing, exchanging, or managing real estate for compensation.
