AptarGroup Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of AptarGroup, Inc. (NYSE: ATR) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share. The payment date is May 20, 2015, to stockholders of record as of April 29, 2015.

As previously announced, AptarGroup will hold a conference call on Friday, May 1, 2015, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time to discuss the Company’s first quarter results for 2015.
