Futures Jump Following Worst Chinese Eco Data In 6 Years

Today's even highlight is the monthly ECB meeting day. Given we're only a few weeks into a new policy that's scheduled to last 18 months, expect a lot of questions on whether they can see out the term given the distortions its creating in European bond markets.
