The Hyatt House is situated at the intersection of Broad Street and John Street in downtown Seattle, across the street from the Space Needle and the Seattle Center. Kauri Investments will own the hotel under a license agreement with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and InterMountain Management, LLC will provide management services.
“We began construction of the Hyatt House in 2013, and are on track to open in April 2015. The opening of the Hyatt House is Kauri’s second Hyatt franchise in downtown Seattle.
