PRLog - Jan. 5, 2015 - MIAMI -- Thanks to the generosity of their members, Compass Financial Federal Credit Union donated over $3,500 worth of toys to brighten the holidays for children at Miami Children’s Hospital through its fundraising arm, Miami Children’s Health Foundation. This was the second consecutive year that Compass Financial selected the Miami Children’s as the recipient of their holiday donation.
“As South Florida’s oldest credit union, we value the importance of family,” said Leo Acosta, President/CEO of Compass Financial, “and helping to share the joy of the holiday season with young children and teens who are too ill to be at home is very personal for all of us.”
The Credit Union’s toy drive was co-sponsored by Jimenez Insurance, Bass Underwriting, Tech Auto Sales and Spider Networks.
