Brick House has an extended burger lineup with the rollout of the new Goat Burger and the addition of the popular Bison Burger as a permanent item on the daily menu. The savory and delicious Goat Burger will be added to the “Specials” menu beginning Oct. 30 and will be available every Thursday.

Brick House is the first major restaurant chain to offer a Goat Burger, introducing Americans to this delicious global flavor that is already a staple on the plates of more than 70 percent of the world’s population. The creative culinary experts at Brick House combined one-third pound premium USDA ground goat, lamb and beef to make a one-of-a-kind gourmet meat patty. The new burger is topped with a blend of sautéed wild mushrooms and oven-roasted tomatoes, then drizzled with a light goat cheese cream sauce and tangy Harissa mayo spread. The delicious creation is served atop a bed of crisp, fresh arugula on a grilled naan bread bun for a unique, international flair.

In addition to the new Goat Burger, Brick House will feature enhancements to its daily menu including the:

  • Blue Water Mahi Sandwich -- a grilled fillet of wild Mahi with browned butter mayo, citrus marinated cucumbers, atop arugula with red onion on a toasted brioche bun.
  • Black Rum BBQ Salmon -- grilled salmon with black rum BBQ sauce, garnished with jalapeno cucumber relish, and served with cracked mustard potato salad and sautéed green beans.
  • Southern Bird -- four bone-in pieces of crisp fried chicken that are marinated in buttermilk and Frank’s hot sauce, served with “rib rub” seasoned fries and bacon ranch dressing.
  • Bison Burger -- now a favorite on the daily menu, the Bison Burger is chargrilled and drizzled with jalapeno cilantro mayo, with a layer of candied slab bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, and served on a toasted brioche bun.

Seasonal Cocktails and Beers with Kick

As the seasons change, so do fashions, the variety of sports on TV, and guests’ food and beverage palates. Brick House says “cheers” to everything Fall with a great selection of seasonal cocktails that include:
