MILAN/SAO PAULO, Oct 23 (Reuters) - Telecom Italia is in advanced talks to sell the mobile phone towers of its Brazilian unit TIM Participacoes and could ink a deal in weeks, three people with direct knowledge of the situation told Reuters.
