The iPhone SafeRa1n Team recently created SafeRa1n v0.9.4 to jailbreak and unlock iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5S ios 8.0.2 and iOs 8.0. Do not update to iPhone 8.1 firmware so far if you want to preserve your unlock for iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S. This is due the new iPhone 8.1 firmware updates baseband on iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus that causes it difficult to unlock iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. If you only need the jailbreak procedure, you can update to iOS 8.1, because SafeRa1n v0.9.4 can perform a ios 8.1 jailbreak for the latest iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus
Conform to the basically detailed guidelines below to jailbreak and unlock iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5S, 5, 4S on 8.0.2 firmware. You may also jailbreak iPhone 6 with SafeRa1n v0.9.4 but doing so, will make you loose your unlock.
Note: Within this guidelines I have used SafeRa1n 0.9.4. If this release gives you problem on iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5S iOs 8.1 or iOs 8.0.2 try SafeRa1n 0.9.3. Install SafeRa1n v0.9.3 from here and take the guidelines below.
Note: The instructions published here almost similar to the one we posted previous using SafeRa1n 0.9.3 for iPhone 5S, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S. The particular difference here is that we’re using current SafeRa1n 0.9.4 from SafeRa1n-Team that is specially released for this firmware update.
• Step 1: Update to original iPhone 8.1 firmware via iTunes. Downloading and installation instructions for iPhone 8.1 firmware can be found from on Apple website.
• Step 2: Instal the safera1n v9.0.3 or safera1n v0.9.4 for iOs 8.0.2 or ios 8.1 for the latest iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5S, 5, 4S
• Step 3: Put your iPhone 6/6 Plus – iPhone 5S,5,4S iOs 8.1 or iOs 8.0.2 in to the dfu mode
• Step 4: Connect the USB cable
• Step 5: Start the jailbreak procedure from the safera1n software for the latest iOS 8.1 or ios 8.0.2
• Step 6: Restart the iPhone
• Step 7: Install Cydia and you are done
