Generally speaking, unless Tub King has already created a package deal for its products that includes shipping and installation ― for example, at a home improvement show ― Weeks’ independently negotiates his installation fee directly with the client. Turner says his prices are “very competitive, especially given his level of expertise and customer service.”
“It’s been working out great so far,” Turner says. “He’s up here two to three times a week, picking up tubs and driving them across the state to do installations.”
Tub King routinely calls all its customers after their new tubs have been installed, Turner says. “And we’ve had nothing but extremely positive feedback about Weeks’ work. He’s very professional and courteous and always goes out of his way to make people happy.”
