UPDATE 1-U.S. SEC poised to adopt reforms for money market funds

WASHINGTON, July 23 (Reuters) - U.S. regulators unveiled rules on Wednesday that will force "prime" money market funds used by large institutions to float their share price, in an effort to reduce the risk of investor runs.
