The board of directors of Managed High Yield Plus Fund Inc. (NYSE: HYF) (the “Fund”) has set Friday, July 18, 2014, as the record date for determination of the shareholders entitled to vote at the Fund's annual meeting of shareholders, to be held on Friday, September 19, 2014. The matter to be considered at the annual meeting is the election of one class of directors.
