Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. ("Carrols") (Nasdaq:TAST) today announced that Paul Flanders, Chief Financial Officer, will participate at two upcoming investor conferences.

On May 29, 2014, the Company will present at the Citi’s 2014 Global Consumer Conference at The Hilton New York Hotel in New York City beginning at 9:40 a.m. Eastern Time.

On June 3, 2014, the Company will present at the Stephens Spring Investment Conference at The New York Palace Hotel in New York City beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
