Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc. (NYSE: APAM) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share of Class A common stock. The dividend will be paid on May 30, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 16, 2014.
