WiLAN, Toshiba Agree to End Patent Litigation

Wi-LAN (NASDAQ: WILN ) today announced that Toshiba Corporation (OTC: TOSBF ) and WiLAN have agreed to end pending litigation in Florida between the parties concerning certain television patents. As part of the agreement, Toshiba will receive a license to certain WiLAN patents. All other terms of the
