Liberty Global to Sell Chellomedia to AMC Networks for $1.0B

- Liberty Global (NASDAQ: LBTYA ), (NASDAQ: LBTYB ), (NASDAQ: LBTYK ) announced today an agreement to sell substantially all of its international content division Chellomedia to AMC Networks Inc.
