Breweries Look to Cloud for Better Business Software

With small margins and increased industry competition, craft breweries look to the cloud for affordable brewery management software solutions to increase efficiency and streamline operations.


The annual Craft Brewer’s Conference is the premier event for more than 5,000 brewing industry professionals to attend educational discussions, find new vendors and share ideas to improve brewery quality and performance.

"Brewery Management Software" was among the popular hot topics at his year's CBC in Washington, D.C. as breweries sought effective ways to streamline processes, increase efficiency and run a better business.

OrchestratedBEER attended the 2013 Craft Brewer's Conference to exhibit feature developments and demonstrate how brewery management software can increase efficiency and performance from a business perspective.

The OrchestratedBEER exhibit booth was well attended by hundreds of CBC participants hoping to catch a glimpse of the latest cloud-based version of OrchestratedBEER software called OnDemand. By the end of the show, OrchestratedBEER had added five craft breweries to a growing list of OnDemand subscribers within a period of four hours.

The high level of excitement over OnDemand was spurred on by the fact that each brewery that signed up with OnDemand at CBC received a free iPad Mini.

White Street Brewing Company, Elevation Beer Company, Rhinegeist Brewing, Pacific Breach Brewing Company, and Hess Brewing Company joined a growing customer base of more than 45 breweries by signing up with OrchestratedBEER OnDemand at CBC.

The OnDemand cloud offering is unique in the ERP software industry because it is currently the only craft brewery specific ERP platform available for a monthly subscription fee, or more commonly known as “Software as a Service” (SaaS).
