The UL 1778 certification incorporates conformance to UL 1741 and IEEE 1547.1 requirements for the interconnection of renewable and distributed energy resources with energy storage, and additionally encompasses relevant UL standards 1989, 1642, 60730-1, 873, and UL rating 50E for outdoor and indoor applications.
With UL certification of the Sunverge SIS™, Sunverge Energy meets the highest industry standards for safe and reliable implementation of energy storage devices (ES), power electronics connected distributed energy resources (DER), hybrid generation-storage systems (ES-DER), and plug-in electric vehicles (PEV) co-located with energy storage.
