Moira is a registered Psychometrist in independent practice with the Health Professions Council of South Africa who aims to facilitate the development of people in order for them to optimize their unique capabilities and people skills through the use of innovative assessment and coaching methods. She is a retained consulting psychometrist at Customaline (Pty) Ltd, a company offering services in CRM, Customer Experience Management, Customer Centered Culture, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty and Emotional Intelligence for frontline agents. These services include training interventions and coaching.
During her collegiate career, Moira earned a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of South Africa. She also served as a Counselor at the Waverly Crisis Intervention Centre, is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology of South Africa, Psychometrists South Africa, and the Graphology Society.
