Teva offers EU watchdog concessions for Cephalon buy

BRUSSELS, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has offered concessions in a bid to ease EU regulatory concerns over its plan to buy U.S. speciality drugmaker Cephalon Inc. , the European Commission said.
